| In September 2009, Greater Toronto REALTORS® reported 8,196 sales, up 28 per cent from September 2008. The average price for September transactions was $406,877 - up by 10 per cent compared to the same month last year. "We have experienced an increasing rate of existing home price growth in the GTA as sales have continued outpace 2008 results," said TREB President Tom Lebour. |

| Have you looked at your home yet? Yup, Google's been driving around our neighborhoods snapping pics of our streets and homes. If you're the type who isn't worried about privacy then you'll definitely find this very cool, on the other hand, those of you who prefer to lead a private life may find it quite invasive. Regardless it's up and running and to see how your house click Google Maps and plug in your address (or anyone else's you may want to see) in the search bar (if it doesn't locate then remove the number and leave the street), make sure to include the city and province. |
