Building lots for sale for $700 (yes seven hundred dollars!)
Did you know that you could purchase a building lot in Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario and this small northern Ontario town will reimburse you 90% of the purchase price? Other equally generous incentives are available to entice business owners to open up shop as well. The town has been trying to recover from the closure of it’s primary industry, a pulp and paper mill in 2006.
